"EFT often works where nothing else will." Gary Craig, EFT Founder
Website Accessibility
Optimised for Microsoft IE7 (other browsers such as Netscape, Firefox, Mozilla, Opera and IE6 are also supported), this website is written in XHTML with CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), templates and nested CSS. The site also uses JavaScript for certain functions and is W3C compliant for both XHTML 1.0 and CSS. XHTML 1.0 is a reformulation of HTML 4.01 in XML, and combines the strength of HTML 4 with the power of XML.
The site is W3C 'Double-A' rated to provide users of assistive technology with greater flexibility to access the content how they wish. This is achieved by using style sheet functions rather than tables to control the layout.
The website functions and content can be accessed by use the 'mouse' and 'double clicking'. If you have difficulty using the 'mouse' use the 'Tab' key to navigate around the site and the 'Return' key to select items. Use the 'up' and 'down' arrows to select between Radio button options. The Radio button can also be selected by the button or by the label.
Site Viewing options
Several website viewing options are available (Default is Medium). You can use the Browser Option 'View' >> 'Text Size' and select the required text size.
What is EFT and why is everyone talking about it?

Quite simply EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is the most exciting breakthrough in therapy and personal development in a long time.

According to EFT founder and Stanford Engineer Gary Craig, "Most physical pain, including arthritis joint pain has its basis in emotional pain and EFT often works when nothing else will. Simply stated, EFT is a unique version of acupuncture - except you don't use needles. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping them with your fingertips."
