"EFT often works where nothing else will." Gary Craig, EFT Founder
Anger can show itself in many ways; Naomi Campbell throwing phones at her assistants or Alex Ferguson giving his players the 'hairdryer' treatment after the drubbing by rivals Manchester City may be archetypal celebrity tantrums, but one in three of us have a friend or relative who cannot control their anger. And according to the Mental Health Foundation two out of three people believe we are getting angrier.
Professor Stephen Palmer, a stress expert at London’s City University, says many factors fuel our anger: “Anger goes hand in hand with stress and generally we all have more stressful lives than 20 or 30 years ago.”
Anger can have a number of sources; unresolved issues with our families, frustrations at work, traumatic events in our lives. Anger disrupts not only our peace of mind but can also lead to physical and emotional problems. The Mental Health Foundation warns that rage also increases the risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, colds and flu and depression.

What is EFT and why is everyone talking about it?

Quite simply EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is the most exciting breakthrough in therapy and personal development in a long time.

According to EFT founder and Stanford Engineer Gary Craig, "Most physical pain, including arthritis joint pain has its basis in emotional pain and EFT often works when nothing else will. Simply stated, EFT is a unique version of acupuncture - except you don't use needles. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping them with your fingertips."
