"EFT often works where nothing else will." Gary Craig, EFT Founder

What is EFT and why is everyone talking about it? Quite simply EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is the most exciting breakthrough in therapy and personal development in a long time. It is a new treatment tool for anxieties, fears, trauma, procrastination, addictions, weight loss and much more: a gentle highly effective way to transform any issues blocking emotional happiness or personal achievement.

EFT for treating addictions

quit smokingAddictions and compulsions are normally a reaction to emotional pain or distress. EFT works in two ways to bring relief. Firstly, EFT reduces the craving that drives most addictions; the need for 'a cigarette',' a sugar fix', alchohol, more food or drugs. Secondly, EFT targets the real reason behind the addiction, which is being caused by underlying emotion; fear, guilt, anger, loss or trauma.

EFT also stops the current addiction simply being replaced by another different, but equally destructive addiction.

According to EFT founder and Stanford Engineer Gary Craig, "Most physical pain, including arthritis joint pain has its basis in emotional pain and EFT often works when nothing else will. Simply stated, EFT is a unique version of acupuncture - except you don't use needles. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping them with your fingertips."
